Lisong Team
During his doctoral studies, Dr. He published numerous international papers that garnered significant attention from various academic circles. At the invitation of Academician Zhou, Director of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, he joined the International Institute of Software Technology at the United Nations University.
For HUSKY Injection Molding Machine Ltd., a world-renowned injection molding machine manufacturer in Canada, he led the development of a new generation of HUSKY injection molding machine control systems based on the Beckhoff PC-based platform, which remains the world's leading injection molding machine product.
He also successfully completed and put into production the control system upgrade for Magna Group's 3,000-ton large-scale automotive panel injection molding machines based on the Bosch Rexroth IMPL control platform, filling a gap in the global development of high-end injection molding machines using the IMPL control platform.
Dr. Tian is a registered electrical engineer in Ontario, Canada, and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, specializing in intelligent system modeling and control. He has published 14 professional papers in the field of intelligent systems.
He previously served as a senior automation system engineer and project leader at Husky, a world-renowned plastics machinery supplier. He led the control system design project for the North American-European competition for PET preform machines and participated in the development of control systems and control platforms for third-generation, fourth-generation, and fifth-generation mainframe machines, PET preform machines, and thin-wall injection molding machines.
He has successfully applied fuzzy control, expert systems, nonlinear PID, and multivariable intelligent control to injection molding machine control. He also has experience in steelmaking process data analysis, modeling, diagnosis, and optimization; intelligent SPC for fully automated production lines; and expert systems for mechanical fault diagnosis.
Mechanical Design
Dr. Yan is a registered senior mechanical engineer in Ontario, Canada, with over 30 years of industrial experience in North America, Japan, and China. His research spans a wide range of industries, including CAE software, large-scale machine manufacturing, automotive, transportation, and new energy.
He is particularly renowned in the industry for his expertise in fluid dynamics, computational mechanics, finite element analysis, and dynamic hydraulics.
Dr. Yan joined Husky Injection Machine, a Canadian injection molding giant, as a senior engineer in its R&D center, where he led the design of the next generation of Husky modern injection molding machines. He possesses extensive R&D experience in static structural analysis (including metals, non-metals, tensile fatigue, connectors, welding, etc.), fluids (water, air, resin), cooling and steady-state analysis, and thermal conductivity. His involvement in the development of 1,000-ton injection molding machines, including mechanical design, low- and high-cavity molds, hot runners, and robotic systems, represents the world's most advanced technologies.
Development Engineer
During his time in Germany, he worked at Philips' Global Product R&D Center and at the Power Electronics Institute of RWTH Aachen University, which was recognized as one of Germany's top ten R&D teams in 2006.
He then moved to Canada, where he served as a Senior Engineer and Technical Director of the Control Systems Department at Kepstrum Inc.
He founded the Zhegenfle (China) Technology R&D Center and Xi'an Zhegenfle Industrial Automation Technology Co., Ltd. in the Xi'an High-tech Zone. He led his team in the research and development of high-end industrial control products. He aims to develop more high-end industrial control products with independent intellectual property rights, contributing to the development of high-end industrial automation in China.
